Who We Are

Lee Granados – President: president@unadc.org
Lee Granados is a native of Dupont, and she’s passionate about keeping our urban environment active, collaborative and progressive. She has been active in the community since she returned to DC nearly 10 years ago. Her children attend Ross Elementary School where she has served as PTA President and Auction Chair. Among other UNA initiatives, she is currently chairing a committee to ensure viable middle and high school options for Ward 2 students by collaborating with Council Member Evans Office and DCPS.

Stephen Rutgers – Vice President: vice-president@unadc.org
Stephen Rutgers is a recent graduate of The George Washington University, where he was former Division I Cross Country runner. He graduated with a B.A. in Sport, Event, & Hospitality Management and a Masters of Tourism in Sports & Event Management. He is a co-chair of the 17th Street Festival and is committed to bringing a younger and vibrant atmosphere to the area.

Jack Jacobson – Secretary: secretary@unadc.org
Jack Jacobson has lived in Dupont Circle for six years, and is currently serving in his third term as a Commissioner on the Dupont Circle Advisory Neighborhood Commission. During DC’s conversion to metered taxicabs, Jack helped launch DC Residents for Reasonable Taxi Fares, which was instrumental in keeping DC’s taxi rates from becoming the most expensive in the country. He works at a top government relations firm, and remains extremely supportive of the DC Public Education Fund’s Young Professionals Committee, the South Dakota State Society, and Wig Night Out, among other philanthropic endeavors.

Jon Caley – Treasurer: treasurer@unadc.org
Jon Caley has been a Dupont Circle resident for seven years. His community involvement is typically behind the scenes, as demonstrated by his work with DC Residents for Reasonable Taxi Fares, and petitioning for the abolition of the 17th Street Liquor Moratorium. Jon is self-employed as an Information Technology consultant, and serves as the Treasurer for his Condo Association in his spare time.

Celina Gerbic- Advisory Committee Chairman: chairman@unadc.org
Celina Gerbic serves on the DC Ambassadors Council of the Trevor Project and has been a resident of Dupont Circle for over 6 years. Celina was the arts & entertainment chair of the 17th Street Festival and currently works as the Annual Fund Coordinator for a private preschool located in Dupont Circle. Celina was formerly a trial attorney focusing on employment discrimination law and was a partner in a Boston firm. She and her husband and son live in Dupont Circle.

Wesley Mosser – Board of Directors
Wesley Mosser is a native Washingtonian and is very passionate about DC and Dupont Area. Wes serves as the office manager for Century 21 Redwood Realty and is getting more involved with community by volunteering office space for meetings with Capital Pride and other community events. Wes is very excited to join the Board of Directors and can’t wait to make a difference in D.C.
